BENEVOLENCE / OUTREACH.
The passion of this ministry is to assist those that are shut in, home from hospital due to sickness,
surgery
or death in the family. They are responsible for taking meals to these families and reporting
back any other necessary
needs to the leadership of St. Lucia _Eastern Caribbean Jurisdiction. This
ministry requires a passion to serve.
CARD MINISTRY.
The vision for the card ministry is to stay in contact with any member or person
in St. Lucia _Eastern
Caribbean Jurisdiction who is in need of encouragement and comfort whether from death in a family, sickness, birth
of
babies, or other needs.
DISASTER RESPONSE.
The purpose of the Disaster Response Ministry is to identify and pool the appropriate
resources to help
those who have been adversely affected by acts of nature or otherwise.
We will network and participate with other organizations
whose purpose is to provide food,
clothing, shelter and other practical assistance. Our hope and intent is to reflect the
life,
love and compassion of our Lord Jesus as we extend physical, spiritual and emotional support not
only to those
in need but also to our fellow relief workers.
EVANGELISM.
Our mission is to carry out God’s directive spoken in Mark 16:15 which says,
“Go ye into all
the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
We believe that evangelism is one of the central responsibilities
of the church. Because
of this belief, we seek to organize an army of Christ-filled believers equipped with the Word of
God
and the passion to transform lives.
PRISON MINISTRY.
The Prison Ministry of is a program designed to reach into the community
by assisting those involved in
the prison system become productive citizens by showing them
the love and grace of God. This ministry wants to see the
Gospel being spread
throughout the community by the changed lives of these former prisoners.
We want to see them equipped
through the ministry of St. Lucia _Eastern Caribbean Jurisdiction in such a way that
their faith
is strong and their strength in God’s Word is evident.
Altar Prayer.
Reflect the love of Christ through burden moving and yoke
destroying power of God.
As the Body of Christ receives prayer, they will be encouraged and guided
by the Holy
Spirit thus furthering their growth and faith in Christ and to assist pastoral
and leadership when needed at the
altar.
Freedom Ministries.
The purpose of
the Freedom Ministry is to truly see Jesus Christ set people free through the word of
God and the power
of the Holy Spirit. This ministry will work with other ministries here at St. Lucia _Eastern Caribbean Jurisdiction to
proclaim the truth; that if the Son sets you free, then ye shall be free indeed. (John 8:36) This ministry will become a link
between salvation and a personal day to day walk with Jesus Christ. Our desire is to teach those who are set free that Jesus
Christ longs for His sheep to hear His voice and follow Him. (John 10:4)
Impact.
IMPACT short for I’m Putting Away Childish Things based on 1
Corinthians 13 is an intensive inner healing ministry
closely. It is designed to help women face and deal with painful
pasts that continues to hinder them as adults. For who find themselves routinely reacting rather then responding to people
and situations in their everyday lives make good candidates. It includes the opportunity to work through the
developmental
phases of life by looking at symptoms that reveal a need for healing. The goal is to minister to
unhealed wounds of the
past bringing closure to them and imparting skills to deal with the future
and freeing women to become all that God created
them to be!
Prayer and Intercession.
The heart of prayer ministry is the passion for intimacy with God. In the prayer room an
atmosphere of
never ceasing communication, of corporate worship, and prayer ministers to God. The
participants become inflamed, inspired,
and implanted with the heart of God that
engages him/her as a co-laborer to bring forth the purposes of God in the earth.
